Russia Concierge Services offers a variety of services to its customers, some of which are charged at a fixed rate (airport transportation, accommodation, visas) while others are billed by the hour or day (interpreters, guides, tutors, etc). We recommend that you contact us by phone (1-866-705-7577) or email (info@russiaconcierge.com) to discuss your service needs so that we can then provide you with price quotes for the range and quality of services you prefer.

Booking your service needs in advance of your trip to Russia will enable us to ensure that arrangements for your services can be completed on time for your arrival in Russia, or while you are in Russia. For example, if you are unsure of just what activities you will want to do while in Russia, you might request only transportation from the airport and accommodation services, with the rest to be decided after your arrival in Russia. If you choose hotel accommodations, any reservation fee must be paid by you through Russia Concierge Services on your behalf. Hotel room charges should be paid by the visitor directly to the hotel. For customers booking services in advance, we request a deposit of 50% of the cost of the requested services, and the balance is due in Russia as the services are delivered. Any additional services provided while you are in Russia should be paid for as arranged in Russia.

For corporate and business customers who use our services regularly, we offer the option of an account and periodic billing.

If pre-booked services are cancelled before departure for Russia, we will refund your deposit less 10%.

Russia Concierge Services accepts payment in Canada in either Canadian or US dollars, by credit card or cheque or direct deposit to our account. If you will be paying for any services while in Russia, these must be paid for in rubles, unless pre-arranged to be added to your account for billing later.

If you are not completely satisfied with the services we provide, we will do our best to remedy any shortcoming or problem. You will be given contact information to reach Tatiana while you are in Russia so that she can provide assistance as needed. Our goal is to meet your needs and exceed your expectations so that your stay in Russia will be as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
